Professionelles Bewerbungsgespräch
Die Teilnehmer von HÖRMANN Kommunikation & Netze GmbH haben sich auf Augenhöhe mit mir unterhalten und waren sehr angenehme Gesprächspartner. Durch das Gespräch wurde mir die Stelle ausgiebig und genau beschrieben. Auch waren die Informationen zum Arbeitgeber mehr als genügend. Am Ende waren erst einmal keine Fragen mehr offen.

Gutes Gespräche mit den drei TN von Hörmann.
Es war ein sehr freundliches und angenehmes Gespräch, auf Augenhöhe. Im Vorfeld habe ich mich über die Fa. Hörmann im Internet informiert und auf der Webseite das einen oder andere erfahren. Daher war der Film nichts großartige neues für mich. Die Vorstellung der Arbeiten war sehr gut und verständlich. Dass mein Hauptbereich nicht nur der Austausch der Seil ist, sondern der gesamte Bereich des Freileitungsbau wurde mir bei dem Team´s Meeting erst bewußt und mitgeteilt. Wo die Vorstellungen weit auseinander gegangen sind, waren die Gehaltsvorstellungen. Einen Projekt- + Bauleiter für eine Jahres Brutto in Höhe von xx.000 Euro, auweh. Ein guter Polier bei der Fa. Stabag hat eine Jahres Brutto in Höhe von xx.000 Euro zzgl. von Auslöse usw. Naja in Nachfeld betrachtet, war es vielleicht eine Abwehrangebot von der Fa. Hörmann.
